Borough Solicitor
Dan Stants serves as legal counsel to Council and the Borough — drafting and reviewing ordinances, contracts, and resolutions, and advising on questions of law.
The Administration office is the hub that keeps Tyrone running between Council meetings — led by the Borough Manager, it handles billing, records, finances, and the Borough’s day-to-day work.
All Borough office staff are based at the Municipal Building, 1100 Logan Avenue, and can be reached during office hours.
Kim is the Borough’s designated Open Records Officer. To request public records, complete and submit the standard request form.

RETTEW (Matt Coleman, P.E.) serves as the Borough’s engineer for water and wastewater projects, and P. Joseph Lehman, Inc. handles the Borough’s other engineering needs — streets, parks, and general infrastructure. Both report to Council on active work.
