At its December 13, 2021 meeting, Borough Council appointed Ann Sellers to the Tyrone Zoning Hearing Board for a three-year term. The board is the independent panel that hears appeals from zoning decisions and considers requests for variances and special exceptions under Chapter 205, Zoning of the Borough Code. Its members are appointed by Council and decide cases on their own, separate from the Council itself.
