Council adopted Ordinance No. 1449 on May 10, 2021, authorizing the sale of a Borough-owned property at 1107 Bald Eagle Avenue to David Snyder for $400. Because Mr. Snyder is himself a member of Council and the buyer in this transaction, he abstained from the vote; the measure carried on the votes of the remaining members.
