Adopted by Borough Council · January 11, 2021
A batch of unclaimed bicycles held by the Borough will be given to the Bible Baptist Church. At its January 11, 2021 meeting, Council adopted Resolution No. 2021-01 authorizing the donation. Unclaimed property of this kind accumulates over time when bicycles are recovered, turned in, or left behind and never claimed by an owner; the resolution clears the way for the Borough to pass these along to the church rather than continue to store them.
