Adopted by Borough Council · June 14, 2021
Council voted to sell the Borough-owned property at 1102–1104 Logan Avenue to Charles Bickel for $26,101. Ordinance No. 1450 formally authorizes the transfer, which returns the parcel to private ownership and to the tax rolls.
Adopted unanimously
In favor: all members present — Robert Dollar, Charlie Mills, Tammy Wills, David Snyder, Ken Patterson. Absent: Sarah Jane Miller, William Wiser, Mayor Latchford.
The price matches a bid Council accepted earlier in the same meeting, so the ordinance puts that bid acceptance into legal effect. When a Pennsylvania borough sells real estate it owns, the sale is typically completed by ordinance, which is what Council did here.
