Adopted by Borough Council · November 10, 2025
Council adopted Resolution No. 2025-08, authorizing Interim Borough Manager Kimberly D. Gurekovich to sign any PennDOT paperwork on behalf of the Borough. The state requires a municipality to name, by formal action, the official who may execute its highway and transportation documents — permits, agreements, reimbursement forms, and the like — so the resolution simply puts that authority with the Borough’s current chief administrator. It keeps routine roadwork and state paperwork moving without a separate vote each time a signature is needed.
Adopted unanimously
