Considered by Borough Council · June 8, 2026
A motion to sell the Borough’s skateboard equipment to Huntingdon Borough for $1,000 failed at the June 8, 2026 meeting on a 2–6 roll call vote. The equipment, which the Borough has discussed over several meetings, remains with the Borough while Council weighs where — and whether — it could be put to use, including the cost of an engineering study and a suitable location.
The item was not on the meeting agenda; public comment was invited before the vote was taken.
Motion failed 2–6
In favor: Robert Dollar and Mayor John Harlow. Opposed: Bridgette Gill, Sarah Hunter, Debbie Kann, Ken Patterson, Tammy Wills, and William Wiser.
