Borough Council voted on December 13, 2021 to reappoint Jay Young to the Tyrone Borough Authority for a five-year term. The Authority is the public board responsible for the Borough’s water and sewer infrastructure, and its members are appointed by Council to serve staggered, multi-year terms.
