Adopted by Borough Council · December 13, 2021
The Borough of Tyrone has set the pay rates for its officials and employees for the year ahead. At its December 13, 2021 meeting, Council adopted Ordinance No. 1455, the 2022 Compensation Budget, which establishes the compensation of Borough officials and employees for 2022 and sets the date the new figures take effect.
Adopted unanimously
In favor: all members present — Robert Dollar, Tammy Wills, David Snyder, Ken Patterson. Absent: Sarah Jane Miller, William Wiser.
A compensation ordinance is the companion to the Borough’s annual operating budget: it formally fixes the salaries and wage rates that the budget pays out over the year. As a Home Rule municipality, Tyrone sets these amounts through its own Council action each year.
