Council adopted Ordinance No. 1494, which sets the Borough’s schedule of fees, taxes and related charges for 2026. This is the annual measure that fixes the rates residents and businesses pay for Borough services and permits in the coming year — the figures that staff apply when issuing a permit, billing a service, or assessing a tax — and it takes effect alongside the 2026 budget.
