Adopted by Borough Council · December 11, 2023
At its December 11, 2023 meeting, Council adopted Ordinance No. 1472, setting the schedule of taxes, fines and fees the Borough will use for 2024. This is the companion measure to the annual budget: it fixes the rates residents and businesses pay — property tax millage and other local levies, the fines tied to Borough ordinances, and the service charges and permit fees collected by Borough departments — for the coming year.
Adopted unanimously
In favor: all members present — Robert Dollar, Rob Poust, David Snyder, Ken Patterson, William Wiser. Absent: Sarah Hunter, Mayor Latchford.
