At its December 11, 2023 meeting, Borough Council adopted Ordinance No. 1473, which amends provisions of the Borough’s Uniform Pension Plan. The plan provides retirement benefits to eligible Borough employees, and ordinances of this kind keep its terms current with how the plan is administered and funded.

In favor: all members present — Robert Dollar, Rob Poust, David Snyder, Ken Patterson, William Wiser. Absent: Sarah Hunter, Mayor Latchford.
