Council approved the headworks analysis for the Borough’s wastewater treatment plant at its June 8, 2026 meeting, on the recommendation of consulting engineer RETTEW. The analysis is required by the EPA following each renewal of the plant’s NPDES discharge permit, with a completed study due to the agency by July 22, 2026.
