What the Fire Marshal Does
Inspects buildings on fire-related matters, leads fire-prevention efforts, and investigates the cause of fires — reporting to Council and assisting the fire chiefs when called on. The office also serves as an assistant to the Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshal.
