Adopted by Borough Council · March 14, 2022
Parking is now prohibited along Alley F between 11th Street and 12th Street, under Ordinance No. 1459, which Council adopted at its March 14 meeting. The measure had first been raised at the February 14 Council meeting before returning for formal approval.
Adopted unanimously
In favor: all members present — Robert Dollar, Sarah Hunter, Rob Poust, Ken Patterson, Charles Mills, David Snyder. Absent: William Wiser.
Restrictions of this kind on the Borough’s narrow alleys are typically meant to keep a travel lane clear for residents, delivery vehicles, and emergency responders. Once an ordinance like this takes effect, the prohibition becomes enforceable and is folded into the Borough’s traffic regulations.
