Council approved Ordinance No. 1501 at its June 8, 2026 meeting, updating the Borough’s fee ordinance — the schedule in Chapter 92 of the Borough Code that sets rates for taxes, fines, fees, permits, licenses, and other charges.
The fee schedule was amended again on August 10, 2026 by Ordinance No. 1502, which added processing fees for card and electronic payments. The full Borough Code is online at ecode360.com/TY1357.

In favor: all Council members present — Robert Dollar, Sarah Hunter, Debbie Kann, Ken Patterson, Tammy Wills, Bridgette Gill, and William Wiser.
