Council enacted Ordinance No. 1502 on August 10, 2026, amending and restating Chapter 92 of the Borough Code — the schedule that sets rates for the Borough’s taxes, fines, fees, permits, licenses, and other charges.
The amendment adds two payment-processing fees to the schedule:

Adopted unanimously, 6–0
In favor: all Council members present — Robert Dollar, Sarah Hunter, Debbie Kann, Ken Patterson, Tammy Wills, and Bridgette Gill. William Wiser was absent.
