Pay any time, day or night, by credit card, debit card, or e-check through XpressBillPay — the Borough’s online payment partner.
Electronic payments include a processing fee. Paying online carries a fee based on how you pay: $1.48 for an electronic funds transfer (EFT / e-check), or $2.00 plus 2.35% of the transaction for a credit or debit card. Because the way you pay is your own choice, your utility bill will not include this fee — it appears as a separate charge on your bank or credit-card statement.
