Council waived the community pool rental fee for the Tyrone Pickleball Club’s triathlon, scheduled for Saturday, August 1, 2026, with all proceeds donated to the Tyrone Food Bank. The request was made during public comment at the July 13 meeting; though the item was not on the agenda, public comment was invited and the waiver was approved unanimously.

In favor: all Council members present — Robert Dollar, Debbie Kann, Ken Patterson, and Bridgette Gill. Absent: Sarah Hunter, Tammy Wills, and William Wiser.
