Council approved Application for Payment No. 2 to Diehl Contracting in the amount of $282,261.60 on August 10, 2026, for work on the Northwood Water Line Replacement Project.
The payment application was reviewed and recommended for approval by the project engineer and the Borough’s inspector. Council awarded the $875,422 construction contract to Diehl Contracting in May.
Approved unanimously, 6–0
In favor: all Council members present — Robert Dollar, Sarah Hunter, Debbie Kann, Ken Patterson, Tammy Wills, and Bridgette Gill. William Wiser was absent.
