At its December 9 meeting, Council adopted Resolution No. 2024-09, reappointing Thad Graham to the Tyrone Borough Authority for another term. The Authority is a separate municipal body whose appointed members oversee the Borough’s water and sewer utilities — setting policy for the systems, holding their assets, and helping finance improvements. Authority members are appointed by Council and serve fixed terms, so reappointments like this one keep the board fully staffed and continue the experience of a sitting member.
